2013 Rural Communities Internship

With support from the new Rural Futures Institute, the Heartland Center for Leadership Development is partnering with the University of Nebraska to develop a rural community summer internship program for UNL undergraduates.  These internships will be implemented for the first time in the summer of 2013.  

The flyer linked below highlights this new program and the Center's role in it.  If your community might be interested in hosting one of these two-student leader teams, contact the Center to help them launch this opportunity for students. Please read through the materials and call for additional information.  Intern teams will be placed in four Nebraska communities this summer. http://www.floor99hosting.com/~heartlan/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/NRFI-Flyer.pdf
