Hall County Planning Director - Chad Nabity has been elected as Chair of the APA Small Town and Rural Planning Division.  He will assume office at the National APA Conference in April and will serve for two years.  We are excited for Chad as this role will continue to provide him with opportunities to improve the work of APA Divisions.  Chad has some great vision of the puropse and value of APA Divisions and specifically STaR.  You can read his position statment which helped to get him elected.  chadnabitystarpositionstatement.pdf
